Raleigh, NC - May 31
The 2010 Tarheel Classic had seventeen (17) Men's E teams with each team playing at least six games. Several teams got the play 11 or 12 games in the tarheel classic. Several teams had a very good showing this weekend, including the Punishers, Carolina Crush/SDGS, A-1 Harting & Cooling and Gettin Dirty. Sundays play last into the tournament had some very close games, including Carolina Crush/SDGS scoring four runs in the bottom of the 7th inning to defeat Code Electric in the 4th Place game. In the 3rd place game, Punishers defeated Carolina Crush/SDGS by the score of 19-15 with lead changes in just about every inning.
Hubert Vester Honda/Webbs Golf Carts got two (2) Worth BJ Fulk Bats and 15 Embroidered 2010 Tarheel Classic Champions Hats for winning the 2010 Six Game Guarantee Men's E Division.
