NC USSSA Director Rick Tucker will open his 2010 tournament season with the March Madness Elite Tournament in Concord NC at Frank Liske Park. Women's C,D,E divisions and Men's C,D,E divisions with Elite Prize Packages for each division based on ten teams per division.
